Store experience was good. Sales people were great. I just have to say PAY IN CASH. Making payments is a chore as the finance line rarely even answers and hold times are in hours not minutes. Don't have time to sit on hold all day

My husband and i got custom made sofas, worse quality , we bought/ordered them in December 2020 and they did not get here till 03/23/2021. Absolutely disappointed with their quality , do not recommend! I would not purchase anything else from there first and last time .

Seen was super helpful but because we chose a recliner we couldn't purchase thru her but Hector was great. Very informative on policies and friendly! Can't wait to see the sofas!!!
